KTiOPO4 (KTP) is a nonlinear optical crystal, which possesses great frequency doubling performance of large nonlinear coefficient, no delixation, high optical damage threshold and little change of phase matching condition with temperature. The low conductivity KTP crystal by molten salt method has widely used in the practical application of KTP electro-optic devices, especially in high-frequency modulation.
