Description
Nanoparticle Linear Polarizer is comprised from silver particles that have been embedded in sodium-silicate glass, silver particles absorb incident radiation, thereby non-polarized light will be polarized linear and already polarized light is blocked or allowed to pass depending on orientation. Nanoparticle Linear Polarizer offer better performance than conventional polymer-based linear polarizers. Nanoparticle Linear Polarizer has a significantly higher damage threshold and better extinction ratio than polymer-based polarizer. The transmission axis is marked by two dots at the edge of the polarizer.
